1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

It is great value for money but was heavy as lead in a box left at my door. Had to get a passing tradesman to get it into the house for me and I had trouble assembling it, I am an elderly lady. If I buy a bigger one or another type of thing which needs assembly, do you provide for a fee a person to assemble? The chair is excellent for the cost fabulous
