Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Considering the price I paid I thought this divider screen would be perhaps of an inferior quality. I was WRONG! The screen is so sturdy and of excellent quality as well as very attractive and a classy addition to any room complimentary no matter what your decor style. I couldn’t be more pleased with my shopping experience. I highly recommend.
