Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I was extremely impressed with these chairs, so much that I bought an extra pair. The big discount on the full price was quite the incentive to buy them now. So, I have four of them, which is perfect for me and the square table they are going to service. Easy to construct, and quite comfortable to sit on, I am feeling pleased with my purchases.
