1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The rug is of surprisingly good quality relative to the cost. It fits well in our living room area, and is very soft underfoot. While there was a delay in receiving the rug (due to the courier service), it was well worth the wait.

The product arrived fast and as described. I used this for my study room. The colour doesn't look as bright as in the picture but that's not a dealbreaker. Good quality and easy to vacuum. Would recommend
