We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Easy to assemble, looks good. Not the sturdiest of frame but it is just timber so we knew what to expect. Toddler loves his bed

what fun I had after collecting a parcel from post office, I spread out the assembly over three days, I can tell you that the product exceeded my estimation I finished up with a sturdy bed which I use a lot (I'm 86yrs old) had to raise it a bit but it is perfect for me. Once again My Deal has come up winner.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bed, the quality is really good and it is so sturdy. It was quite a process to put together, but instructions were very easy to follow. I have used this bed in my spare room but would be ideal for a children's first bed. Very happy with purchase.
