4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great product, although the way that it’s packed leaves deep indents in the seat part where the arms have been stored on top of the seat in the box. So was not good. I did get a partial refund but the item needs to be packed better to avoid this as it looks a little unsightly with deep indents in middle and both sides of the seating area

Love my new Ottoman. Looks Good in front of my front window. Great for blankets, games etc. lovely linen like grey material, easy to put together, by clicking the side arms on. I would probably buy a few nice cushions to compliment it. Matches my couches exactly (even though the photo looks a totally different colour of the couch) Super quick postage. Thank you

I think it’s great value for money and doesn’t take up much room it’s so nice in my bedroom now all I need is for bed head to come to finish my room then I take a photo
