We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This ottoman looks quite stylish & will be quite good for storing bed linnen, duvets, etc. Assembling it was reasonably straight forward but you have to accept that the interior lining (which you have to get behind) is held in place by velcro

Its a great item , we have placed it on the floor at the end of our bed , it also helps our pup to get up on our bed to have a cuddle .
