We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Love my chair! Wish it was a little more softer, as it is a bit hard. However, nothing to complain. Just a note, when putting it together do not put arms all the way down as it become a bit low. Best to leave it up a little.

Absolutely happy with this purchase. Purchased the chair for our bedroom and is perfect size for sitting down and applying shoes/socks. Chair size is great and doesn’t over take the room but compliments our room with our colours of black and silver.
