Embarrassingly (for me) this product did arrive in good time and condition.....there are two homes on this address and the product was delivered to the wrong home....my fault ....I find you to be first class in the way you conduct business and would recommend your service to anyone . The bed frame was easy to assemble and is of expected quality....I thank you very much...regards

The bed is great, really good quality for the price but we didn’t get the right amount of plastic clips for the slats which is really annoying, it was missing 1. I’ve messaged the company and have no heard back. Also once we put the bed together we couldn’t get the gas lift to close until I googled trouble shooting and found out we needed to put the mattress on to close it, once we did it finally closed.
