We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

These curtains are excellent. No heavy white backing. They’re so lightweight that I doubted they’d live up to being able to block sun and light out, but I was proven wrong. The room is very very dark when closed and as a bonus stops heat coming through also. I highly recommend these.

I was really impressed with the quality of these curtains. They were wider than I had anticipated, which was a lovely surprise, therefore I was able to cover more windows than I had planned. Delivery was within a reasonable timeframe. Love them!
