HOW TO USE

1. Open the lid and inhale the aroma (fastest way)



2. Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser jewellery.



3. Mix with Jojoba oil or Fractionated coconut oil to use topically or as a massage oil



4. Add to your bath (mix with oil or milk before adding to the bath)

DILUTION

• Add Peaceful Sleep Essential Oil to a carrier oil of choice at a 2-4% dilution and apply topically as a massage oil.



• For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.

Add 2-3 Drops to your bath mixed with a carrier oil or milk
