HOW TO USE

1. Open the lid and inhale the aroma (fastest way)



2. Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser Necklace.



3. Add to your handmade skincare/cosmetics



4. Mix with water for aroma spritz perfect for your home linen



5. Mix with Jojoba oil or Fractionated coconut oil to use topically or as a massage oil



6. Add to your bath (mix with oil or milk before adding to the bath)

DILUTION

• For those wanting to use Peppermint Essential Oil topically, simply add a few drops to your preferred carrier oil at a 1 -2% dilution and apply as a massage oil.



• To experiencing the energising effects of Peppermint Oil whilst on-the-go, you can also dilute this essential oil in a carrier oil, we recommend either Jojoba or Fractionated Coconut Oil, add this dilution to a glass roller bottle and apply to the temples and wrists.



• For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.



• Add 2-3 Drops to your bath mixed with a carrier oil or milk
