HOW TO USE

1. Open the lid and inhale the aroma (fastest way)



2. Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser Necklace.

5. Mix with Jojoba oil or Fractionated coconut oil to use topically or as a massage oil

DILUTION

• Various benefits of Chamomile Essential Oil can also be received through topical application. Add a few drops of Chamomile Oil to your preferred carrier oil at a 2-4% dilution and apply to the skin as a serum or massage oil.



• For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.



• Add 2-3 Drops to your bath mixed with a carrier oil or milk
