Designed to lessen the overall load placed on the lower limbs, GUIDESOLE™ technology helps increase running efficiency by reducing the movement of the ankle and also helps runners feel fresher for longer for a more comfortable ride. Also includes FLYTEFOAM® technology to give a lightweight feel and more cushioning for longer runs. This triathlon shoe is functional for a variety of running workouts, including tempo runs, long training runs, and racing.
