Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I love Asics running shoes, such a snug fit for me with support around the heel. My recent purchase - everything I had hoped. I am hoping to run a half marathon in mid August. I am injured and under professional care but I want to celebrate my 70th birthday this way. This is all I want for my 70th and the Asics are going to help get me there. I love life and to live it to the max, you need good shoes! Asics are my shoes! My Deal has given me all that & more!
