Cold brew coffee is made by steeping ground coffee in cold water, then straining it through the double wall super-fine stainless steel mesh filter  to remove all the grinds.  This method creates a smooth, strong coffee with a clean flavour that's perfect when you want to enjoy a cup of joe while you're on the go. 

Cold brew coffee also makes for better iced coffee than hot brewing, which results in a more balanced flavor. Cold brewed coffees are also less acidic and sweeter than their hot brewing brothers. They can be served either hot or iced. 

Asobu Cold Brew Coffee Maker Instructions:

1. Fill Mesh Filter with 40g medium coarse coffee granules. 
2. Pour cold filtered water over the coffee grinds in a circular motion. 
3. Let Your coffee begin to steep. 
4. 12 Hours later remove the seal to open and press the release button 

Add some ice cubes and milk or cream and voila; your coffee is ready to enjoy!
