Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
Product Issues (including Faulty or Damaged Items)
If you receive a product that is faulty, not working as intended, or damaged on arrival, we are committed to providing a reasonable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Please contact us directly via the MyDeal platform to report the issue and we will guide you through the next steps. We may ask for a description and photos to assess the issue.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You can provide proof of purchase.
The return is initiated through MyDeal and not through external email or websites.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Change of mind returns do not apply to any product issues, damages, or faulty items. These will be handled under the Product Issues policy above.
Warranty Claims
Where applicable, products covered under warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the warranty terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
