Assorted Crypt In Terracotta 3Cm Pot

Crypt's are one of the most common plants within the aquarium trade. It quickly became quite popular due to its hardiness, easy of care and because it thrives even in low light. This medium-sized crypt has ruffled, pointed leaves which will be bronze to red in color and it makes for an excellent midground plant in your aquarium.

Crypt's will reach a height of around 8 inches, though it does not grow particularly fast. It will send out runner plants as it grows which will form new plants.

Cryptocoryne leaves are known to 'melt' when planted into a new aquarium. However, they will produce new leaves soon after getting established.

Sucsessful plant growth requires a balance of Light, Fertiliser, Nutrients & Carbon Dioxide (CO2). Each species of plant requires different amounts of each to thrive, Easy to care for plants may not require Fertiliser or CO2 but they will flourish when these are used.
