ASUS ZenFone 10 is the latest smartphone from ZenFone series. This comes loaded with rich features packed inside an elegant and stylish body. It features a 5.92-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The display produces 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and 445ppi density and up to 144Hz screen refresh rate. Preloaded with Android 13, you can easily download millions of different apps and games via Google Play Store. With 512GB internal memory, it comes with an Octa-core processor based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4 nm) chipset.
The smartphone comes with a Dual back 50MP+13MP camera that is capable of capturing beautiful imagery with sharp and lifelike colours. CONDITION - Unless stated in the product title, all devices are brand new. As part of our QC process, retail package seals may have been opened to perform quality, testing and/or unlock functions however unless specified all devices are new and unused.
Change of Mind Return and Refund Policy:
1. Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a change of mind. For products received in a non-functional state (Dead on Arrival - DOA), customers must inform us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for all products, except those explicitly mentioned as non-returnable in the product listing.
3. Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee is also non-refundable in these cases.
4. Restocking Fee: Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which may vary based on the condition of the returned product.
5. Conditions for Accepting Returns: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. If the seal in the box is open or damaged, we will charge 30% of sales or $100, whichever is higher.
6. Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is found to have physical, water, or electrical damages, or not working due to improper usage.
7. For health and hygiene reasons, earbuds, headphones and certain wearable items can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened, completely sealed, and returned within 30 days of purchase — unless they are faulty.
If you have simply changed your mind about purchasing a headphone or wearable product, it must be in its original, unopened and sealed condition to be eligible for return.
Warranty Policy:
1. Warranty Coverage: All brand-new products come with a 12-month warranty. Refurbished and open box products are covered by a 6-month warranty.
2. We may charge an assessment fee of $95 if a warranty claim is deemed invalid after inspection, even if the product is within the warranty period. This typically happens when the issue is found to be caused by USER ERROR, not a manufacturing defect, or when the product is found to be out of the scope of the warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Conditions: Customers must present proof of purchase to validate warranty claims.
4. Warranty Void: The warranty will be void if the product shows signs of physical, water, or electrical damage.
5. Warranty Fulfillment: In case of any issues during the warranty period, we follow these steps: a. Troubleshooting: Customers experiencing issues with the product must provide pictures and videos of the issue as requested and follow our troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve the problem before initiating the warranty claim process. b. Repair: We first attempt to repair the product to address the issue. c. Replacement: If the product is irreparable, we offer a replacement of the same model or an equivalent product. d. Refund: If neither repair or replacement is feasible, we proceed to provide a refund.
6. Warranty Resolution Time: Upon receiving the warranty claim, we will promptly inspect and resolve the issue within 2 to 5 days, depending on the severity of the problem.
