CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Returned to Sender Fees: If your order is returned to us as "Returned to sender/RTS" due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from the post office/courier depot, the following fees apply:
Australian orders: $15 AUD return processing fee plus original shipping costs deducted from refund. Re-shipping requires an additional $15 AUD fee.
