The nose shows rich concentration of bright red and blue fruits, ripe blackberries and rich mocha note.
The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is layers of blackberry and blue fruits with soft tannins giving length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour. Rich, dark red with a dark purple rim. Vortex Disorder Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
The Vortex Disorder Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cherry, blackcurrant with characters of liquorice, mint and cedar also. Match it with roasted or grilled meats such as steak or burgers straight off the BBQ, as well as hard cheeses such as cheddar and parmesan as a pre-dinner snack. This deep ruby-red wine is ideal for casual dinners and parties.

Burns Fuller Cabernet 2021
A fragrant, aromatic nose that personifies Coonawarra, showing complexing characters of black fruits, graphite and vital, spicy oak. The palate is medium to full bodied and almost claret like with its grippy but integrated tannins, ensuring a long finish.

Burns Fuller Shiraz 2022
Dark purple colour with lifted notes of red berry and blackcurrants framed by violet overtones and darker black olive aromas. The palate is dense and tightly wound with a core of sweet berried fruits – blueberry, dark plum and smoky spices framed by subtle oak toast and fine tannins.

One Good Turn Australia Merlot 2022
Vibrant red berries jump out of the glass. The palate is rich with raspberry and mulberry fruits, soft tannins frame the fruit.
