  • Should you decide within 30 days of the delivery date- that you do not like the product, you are most welcome to send it back for exchange or for a refund. Otherwise, we will calculate that as “loss of Sale” which we could have in that period.

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged and used. For hair extension- must have to be in golden thread.

  • accessories such as cords and remotes and others must be included.

  • "Free Gifts" or Bonus items and all item included in the bundle (if any)

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping. And we will have to deduct the shipping cost

  • Please send photos and videos of the product before you send them back. Return must be approved by our team.

  • Once we receive the product we will inspect and if everything is ok with our terms and conditions, we will refund within 5 Business days. Any delay from Payment methods like Pay-Pal or After pay or any of the payment methods is not our Responsibility. We will send the proof of refund and you will have to contact them.
