Gate opening systems: 

All the components that make up a gate automation system are thoroughly tested by a qualified technician before dispatching, the motor(s) are tested, the control panels are tested, and the remote is programmed into the system to make sure that the installer has a trouble-free, easy installation by following the installation directions supplied with the products.

 

Intercom Systems:

Every intercom system ordered goes through thorough testing by wiring up all the components that make up the system; the system will then be set up and configured, making the system ready for the installer to install the system easily.

• NOTE: No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout)

Returns

We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our product, provided the below conditions are followed:

1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. Product must be sealed, unused and in original packaging
3. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
4. Please contact our customers service team if you wish to return the goods.

Please note that All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
