Cook soft, medium, or hard-boiled eggs without the shell with the Avanti Eggies Set. Eggies are non-stick silicone pods that let you cook hard-boiled eggs and egg-shaped omelets without the need to peel messy eggshells. The pods are designed to conduct heat evenly and ensure that the resulting cooked eggs have no difference whatsoever to those cooked in their shells. Maintaining a suitable water depth is critical.
