Metro: 4-6 business days
Regional: 5-10 business days
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
Return & Exchange Procedure
All items if returned must be accompanied with the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.
If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.
Please choose carefully as we don't honour the change of mind. We will investigate this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
Defective/Damaged.
If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
