All stock sold by us is either held in our warehouse, or in our suppliers’ warehouses. We strive to ensure that stock availability is accurate but we are subject to our suppliers systems which are not always up-to-date. It is for this reason that we say it may take up to 14 days for an item to be delivered to you. Most items are delivered quickly. However, if you require or expect an item to be delivered very quickly, please contact us so that we can make sure that we have it in our own inventory available for immediate dispatch. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, a product becomes unavailable usually for a short period of time. If that occurs we will contact you quickly and discuss with you similar alternate products, or a time for delivery of the product you have purchased, or a full refund. |

All products purchased from Le Tour Cycles come with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty. If you should have any issue please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
All returned products will be tested and inspected for defects. If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer. If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
Le Tour Cycles records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.
If the item is the incorrect size or does not suit your needs then you can return the item to us at the buyers expense.
Please note that if it is in need of exchange there is a $10 resend fee for postage
