• According to the weight and size of each product and your address, the items will be shipped by

  different carriers. Under normal conditions, it takes about 2-7 business days to arrive after dispatch,

  depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time.

• Some extra-remote or off-shore areas will be charged extra postage fee and in some areas package will

  not be delivered. Before processing your order, we will contact you at the first time. So please pay attention to your message.

• You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.

NOTE:

• Inside/Upstairs delivery service is NOT provided.

• No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

• Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

• Some products may be sent in more than one packages.

Returns Policy：

Please contact us before you return the products and follow these requests below:

1.Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.

2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.

3.If You want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note

that the postage fee may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs of

non-free-return products, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED).

4.Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.

5.Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
