    • I love the Barccarat icecream maker. It's very easy to use and makes wonderful icecream. Even my teenage grands on is able to use it to successfully make chocmint icecream.

    • Recipes are easy to follow and a minimum of ingredients required. We used half the sugar for each mix and the flavours still were fine. Use a tea towel to handle the freezer bowl when removing from the freezer. Our first batches were Boysenberry and Coffee. The grandchildren have eaten a quarter of each already...
