The remedies come in handy, portable dropper bottles — be sure to look for the original Bach® signature on the label. They are very easy and gentle to use and can be tailored to your own needs and preferences. Take an individual remedy corresponding to the emotional state you are seeking or experiencing, or create your own personal blend using a combination of up to seven remedies.

Active Ingredient: 5X dilution of Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) HPUS.
Inactive Ingredient: 27% Alcohol.

Using a single remedy: Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed, and can be taken throughout the day.

Using multiple remedies: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to your personal blend as a preservative.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
All Bach® Original Flower Remedies contain alcohol as a preservative and therefore may be unsuitable for some people.
