All Menace Marine products come with a standard 12-month warranty

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY

If you accidentally order the wrong item or wrong size, please contact us so we can exchange it. If you no longer want the product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping).

Returned items must be unused and still in their original packaging, with their original labels, manuals, and accessories. Your invoice number will be required and must be included with the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed via the same method as original payment. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund of returned items (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights, e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

General returns / exchange must be posted back at your own expense.

Wrong / Faulty Item Received

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Depending on the type of error, we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.

If we require the return of the item, we will supply you a special return shipping label (at our expense). Do not return damaged items without this shipping label, as reimbursements will not be given for return postage paid.
