Batsanis shoes are designed for comfort and durability. To ensure this, we recommend the following shoe care instructions. Shoe care advice and a selection of shoe care products are available online.

• Always polish your footwear on a regular basis. We recommend using a cream based polish rather than liquid based.
• Ensure you remove any dirt or dust with a cloth or soft brush before polishing.
• Protect suede footwear with a water and stain guard. Allow wet footwear to dry naturally in a well ventilated space, not in direct sunlight or next to a heater.
• Never machine wash your footwear as this will cause serious damage.
• Try to alternate your footwear daily to allow the leather to dry

Shipping Details

DELIVERY:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will then confirm receipt of your order and attempt to send your goods via Australia Post (see below working days depending on Registered Post (within Australia), Express Post (within Australia));. If goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. You will then receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.   We offer 2 options for shipping your order:

Registered Post (Within Australia) (2-10 working days) - A secure way of shipping your order.

We’re happy to offer an exchange for your shoes within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If there is an issue with an item in your order, we will do our best to assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
