All the items are made using simply knitting patterns. The different designs are created by the bead sequence. Start by threading the beads onto the cord then knit the cord adding the beads as you go.

Beading helps further hand-eye coordination and dexterity, while creating wearable art expands creative thinking and helps children feel proud of their accomplishments.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. Please Note:

Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
A 15% restocking fee will charged for a change of mind return.

Return Period

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

Defective, damaged during transit or incorrect Item received

If an item is returned within the warranty period that is mechanically defective, is not the item you ordered or was damaged during transit, a replacement or refunded will be provided.

Restocking Fee

If an item is returned within 30 days due to a sudden change of mind, or simply by finding a cheaper price elsewhere, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
