Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Change the Shipping Address

Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address, to change information or cancel order, please contact us.

Domestic Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through your account, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will not deliver to a PO Box, locked bag, or parcel locker. 

International orders

Unfortunately, we do not take orders addressed overseas. 

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. Consequently, we are not liable to refund or replace the order in such cases.

STANDARD DELIVERY - METRO AREAS

Orders below $79.00 - Standard $9.95

Orders above $79.00 - Standard Free Shipping , costs for bulky items (Highchairs, Changing Table, Playpen, Playmat, Baby Sofa) From $29.95

We will not be able to amend any shipping details once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Shipping to Western Australia/Non Metro locations

There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order. 

Availability of products

Most items on our store are readily available at our warehouse and will be packed/dispatched within 2 business days. Please note, we do not ship items over the weekend or on public holidays. If there is a delay in stock arrival (3 business days or more), our sales team will contact you.

Please note that there may be a delay in your order over busy periods such as during sales or over Christmas. 

Express shipping

Express shipping is available upon request and an additional fee will be calculated based on the size of the order.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

How do I return my items? 

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN: 

• Step 1 - Please contact us via your account (including the reason for the return)

• Step 2 - Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.

• Step 3 - Send the products back to our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE:  

• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. 

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.

• Please do not return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do so, the return process may be delayed. 

Please note: Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

Faulty Products

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving faulty items. Regardless of your location, we are happy to facilitate a free return for you if necessary. To ensure we assist you effectively, please reach out to our support team via your account and provide the following information:

• Order Number and Date of Purchase

• Photo of the Incorrect Items Along with the Shipping Label

• Name, ID, and Quantity of the Correct Item(s)

• Shipping Address Details (Name, Phone Number, and Detailed Address)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through your account.
