The teeth whitening gel is based on our patented Dual Boost X1 teeth whitening gel + 0.1% peroxide, which in the first phase removes discolouration and in the second phase gives whiter teeth with the help of 32% bicarbonate. No shaping of mouthpieces is needed - just open the package and you are good to go! The strips are completely safe to use and do not create discomfort or increased sensitivity in the teeth. Teeth Whitening and Skin Care results can vary greatly from person to person - depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction, skin type and how closely the instructions that were provided were followed.

In some cases, it may take a number of applications to see results. Therefore Beconfident Australia will not be able to refund purchases unless the product has a manufacturing defect or fault.

In the case of a defect, a refund can be provided if Beconfident Australia is advised within 14 days of the item being received.

The refund can only be processed once the item has been returned in original condition, including with all packaging materials, instruction manuals and all accessories. Refunds will not be able to be given for incomplete returns.
