Bedra Bedding Mattress is what makes your dream sweeter. You get the best night sleep with our mattress - it is made with 7/9 layer of core materials that provides comfort and 7-zone design that provides support for your full body.
To make it better, we use independent pocket spring or bonnell spring system with 6-turn coils that lasts longer due its shape and structure. It will respond to your movement individually to relieve stress on your body‘s pressure points. Most importantly, it will support you silently and minimizes motion transfer between you and your partner.
Our mattress comes in vacuum packed packaging which makes it easy to arrive at your place and place it on your bed frame to unpack. All you need to do is cut off the packaging carefully, let it roll and watch it expands. Finally, enjoy the mattress!
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchange for pillows, quilts, toppers, mattress protectors and mattresses unless they are faulty or not as ordered. In the unlikely event the mattress is not to your satisfaction, please contact us to help resolve the issue.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will be required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame:
Victoria: 3-5 business days
New South Wales: 5-7 business days
South Australia, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory: 7-10 business days
Western Australia, Tasmania: 10-14 business days
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
WARRANTY
For your peace of mind, this product comes with a one-year warranty. We value our customers and wish to make your purchase experience as enjoyable as possible. If something goes wrong with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
RETURN POLICY
For 'Change of Mind' orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:
The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.
If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.
Please note: we recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.
Please note: a prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.
Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:
A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.
A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organise a return label.

Mattress is super comfy and firm just how I like it, I sleep soundly at night. One of my best purchases in MyDeal. I also like the mattress’s height.
