Beetroot Heirloom Rainbow Mix - 50 Seeds

This is a colourful mix of beetroots that will add vibrancy to your veg patch and a kaleidoscope of colours to any salad. All are delicious as baby beets or fully grown globes, cooked or eaten raw.

You will get one pack of a mixture of open-pollinated heirloom varieties like Bulls Blood, Golden, Chioggia, Cylindra, Detroit Dark Red, Early Wonder and White Albino.

Sowing Instructions

Beetroots are remarkably easy to grow and can be grown across a wide range of climates. It prefers moist, sunny conditions with not excessive heat. It is sown as a warm-season crop in most regions but performs best during the cooler, drier months in tropical zones where it may prefer some shade in summer conditions.

Sow seeds direct or in punnets in winter/ cooler times in tropics and anytime in milder climates. Space plants 10cms apart in rows 20cms wide.

Harvest leaves after 35 days and after 60 days for the root.

A propagation note will be supplied with the seed packet.

Estimated time of delivery: 3-8 Business days

WA order dispatch: Once a week. WA-based customers' orders will go through the Quarantine WA inspection at the WA border.

Return & Refund Policy

At Happy Valley Seeds, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're ever unsatisfied for any reason, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know - we'd be more than happy to provide an exchange or refund according to these conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition at which you received it. Additionally, it should retain its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on perishable items unless they are damaged.

For optimal satisfaction, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

If you need to cancel an order you haven't picked up within 2 weeks after first delivery attempt, we'll need to charge a 20% restocking fee based on the seed value. Once we receive your mail order back, we will process the refund, minus the 20% restocking fees. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund the postage, though.

If the buyer wants to change his/her mind, then the cost of returning the order will be covered by the buyer.

At Happy Valley Seeds, we are more than happy to cover the cost of return shipping for any damaged goods.
