Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Metro: 2-4 business days

• Regional: 2-6 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Please refer to our terms and conditions below for returns and refunds.

These conditions must strictly be met for all product(s) returned to be accepted:

• Unopened and in its original packaging

• Any accessories and parts included

• Not assembled (including partially assembled)

• In a re-sellable condition

A 20% restocking fee will apply for any change-of-mind returns (where the above conditions are also met). OOS Living will not be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping unless the product(s) are damaged in transit by our nominated carrier(s) or is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Exclusions:

• Bulk orders will be signed off by both parties and are non-refundable.

• Products that have been partially assembled or assembled in full. For faulty items, please refer to our warranty section for details.
