The Benro FIF19CIB0 Carbon Fiber Transfunctional iFoto Series 1 Tripod Kit is a 5-section tripod with reverse-folding carbon fiber legs that folds down to 13.7". Compact and comfortable to carry for short hikes and even long-distance traveling, this 3.1 lb tripod has a load capacity of 13.2 lb, which is more than suitable to support medium format cameras. The tripod can reach a maximum height of 57.7" for those harder to reach angles or shots, and the legs have three varying angles of 23, 55, and 80°, which enables the tripod to go a minimum height of 13.8". A favorable feature of the tripod is the detachable leg, which becomes a monopod and can be taken to areas where tripods are not permitted or simply do not fit. An IB0 ball head, with a load capacity of 13.2", has been included as part of the kit.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
