Damaged in transit

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred.

The unit can measure body, surface and room temperature. Initial testing shows readings to be repeatable (and the unit can be calibrated also). Very happy with reliability so far.
