Bring espresso drinks to your home without the fuss of a complicated espresso machine with the Bialetti Brikka Moka Pot percolator. This stovetop espresso maker requires only coffee, water, and a hot surface to brew delicious espresso. Steam some milk and you can make yourself a latte or flat white.
Available in two versions, the earlier more traditional weighted Bialetti Brikka, uses a weight to keep the pressure valve closed until internal pressure rises high enough for the valve to press up and lift the valve open, causing the delicious espresso-like coffee to flow up.
The Bialetti Brikka's are a new patented integrated Pressure valve and uses a system that regulates water pressure precisely to ensure that the coffee is rich in flavour, but not overpowering or weak. As a result, this brews a thick crema with fewer visible bubbles. An open hole designed into the lid allows air to swirl above the brewing coffee to form velvety cream. This cream is the result of coffee oils trapping air and is the mark of quality espresso.
The 2 Cup Brikka has a boiler capacity of 100 ml and brews up to 70 ml of espresso. The 4 Cup Brikka has a 200 ml boiler and can brew closer to 160 ml of espresso. Pick the size that's right for you. With either size, the whole process takes less than five minutes.
The aluminium alloy espresso maker is durable and beautiful. The acrylic handle and lid knob are easy to handle, even when the device is very hot. We suggest cleaning with warm water and soap, but advise against the dishwasher or using steel wool.
This latest pressure valve from Bialetti ensures high and more consistent brew temperatures and pressure than the previous weighted model does, creating an even richer stovetop espresso experience.

In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Alternative Brewing before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Alternative Brewing Team Members for instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
