Directions
For infants 0-6 months, exclusive breastfeeding is recommended. Consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
Children 7-12 months take 1-2 capsules daily.
Children 1-3 years take 2 capsules daily.
Children 4-8 years old take 3 capsules daily.
Children 9+ years take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with a meal.
STORE: below 30oC in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
For children under 5 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into the mouth. Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.
Orders are shipped from our distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. If a parcel is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or rejection by the receiver, additional fees may apply for re-delivery. In cases of delivery delays or undeliverable postcodes, our team will provide updates and solutions, including replacements or refunds where applicable. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
At Auzzi Store, we accept returns under certain conditions if you change your mind about a purchase. Please note the following:
1. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and in a resalable condition. This means it must be new, unused, unworn, unopened, and have all original packaging and tags intact, including any package seals that must remain unbroken.
2. If an item comes in sealed packages or boxes, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Please note that we charge a 7% - 25% restocking fee if you change your mind about your purchase.
