Because we use this canister ourselves we have made some handy upgrades to the BioPro External Canister Range. We provide a wider range of Filter media inside the filters. We include carbon, bakki Balls coarse filter sponges and fine wool. We also provide longer hoses to make your installation easy and the look of your aquarium neat. The longer hoses enable you to position the inlet and outlet on either end creating the best flow for cleaning and eliminating dead spots

Mechanical Filtration- First your water is passed through a course sponge to remove any floating dirt and debris.
Chemical Filtration- Your water then goes through activated carbon, no more odour or discolouration
Biological Filtration- In this stage the water passes through very pores ceramic noodles and special sponge-filled bio balls which have a huge surface area and are the perfect home for good bacteria which are vital to the health of your fish.
UV Filtration- This Unique style canister has a UV bulb built in. While water is exposed to UV rays in the filter harmful bacteria as well as water-born algae are destroyed resulting in a happier healthier aquarium that is crystal clear.

Return Policy
So, you have just received your item and it is just might not be right for you. No problem you can return your item and get a full refund or exchange of your item’s purchase price for up to 30 days. Return shipping is payable by the customer.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If your product fails within 60 days or arrives broken, we will repair or replace it. We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.
If your product fails outside the 60 days, we cover our products with a return to base warranty, where we will fix/replace the item. We have great rates with our couriers, and we are more than happy to share these with you, just ask and we can get that organised for you.
