To protect your UV bulb from water ingression, the Biopro, Hopar, Worx and Aqua Aquarium range of UV canisters use a Quartz sleeve. These are easily replaced by twisting and pulling gently.

We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.
