Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The product is great. Have not worn Birkenstock previously but felt as if my feet had been massaged. I take normally size 8 so the 39 was the right fit for my foot, heel not too close to the edge, and toes not butted up to the edge either. Very good value for my money. Thank you!

I have never used Mydeal website so wasn't sure if the product would be genuine and will arrive in time but I love the sandles. It takes little time to break into them but once done they are very nice feel in feets. Mydeal delivery was efficient and communication was great
