    Postage & Handling:    Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number.  Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted.    Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.   

    Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store.  Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item.     • I had dyson for almost 6 years until it decided to give up on me. So i browsed around, check on google reviews and landed on this product. I only use it for one week i have tried it on carpet only so far, 2 bedroom and it was amazing. It is light and did a great job as good as my old dyson.
