Why Backflush?
Backflushing helps remove stale coffee oils and particles from the group head, valve, and lines. This improves espresso flavor and extends machine lifespan.
Basic Backflushing Guide:
Insert the blind filter into your portafilter
Activate the brew cycle for 5–10 seconds
Stop, wait a few seconds, and repeat 3–4 times
Remove portafilter and rinse
Repeat until water runs clear
Use with caution—never backflush machines without solenoid valves. If unsure, check with your machine’s manufacturer.
For best results, pair with a coffee cleaning powder specifically designed for espresso machines.
All coffee machines, grinders, coffee, and accessories are sent via insured delivery with Australia Post or a courier for larger items.
Accessories or coffee purchased with a machine/grinder are usually packed together in one parcel.

Warranty does not cover:
Cleaning or normal wear and tear (e.g. gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets, shower screens)
User error or improper maintenance
Power surges/failures
Damage caused by incorrect operation (e.g. running elements dry)
Shipping or travel costs (outside of faulty/DOA claims)
If a product is damaged, faulty, or DOA, return postage will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
COM returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
Customers are responsible for return postage on COM returns.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until received at our warehouse; we recommend using tracking and/or insurance.
Additional fees may apply if the product is not returned in resaleable condition.
