Change of Mind Returns:
There is 14 day cooling off period for change of mind on new and unused items only. Buyer will be responsible for both the initial postage charge and return postage cost of the item. For Change of mind returns we assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in return transit. We insist that the product should be packaged carefully, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means.
* We can not accept change of mind return on personal care items.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are charged as per item, If Buyer has provided incorrect address details they will be responsible for all redelivery fees.
Warranty Returns:
Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage, and be complete with all accessories. We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions.
All products are covered with 12 month parts and labour warranty with us directly, unless specified otherwise. Proof of Purchase must accompany all warranty service requests. Tampering with this unit or any labels will void any warranty or claims.
Procedure for Warranty Claims:
- Please kindly make sure the return is complete with all parts that it came with originally
- Please kindly make sure the return is safely packaged as physical damage would void warranty
- To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include a copy of the invoice attached outside of package, your full return details and contact number as well as the nature or description of the problem inside of the package.
Exclusions:
Replacements or warranty claims do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product. If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, TODO expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from, or in any way relating to the incorrect use of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.

Great product, nice finish , bright display, which is good at night it doesn’t stay illuminated all nite it switches off, till u tap the clock and turns back on. Easy to set up alarms . Great for the teens/anyone.

This is a great little alarm clock that functions and presents exactly as it does in the advertisement on MyDeal. It has a battery backup as well as being able to plug it into a usb adapter connected to mains, which is great. It keeps perfect time and also date, can tell you the temperature and has three alarms. You can adjust the brightness of the display from very bright to very dim and it has a mode where the display stays off until there is a decent amount of sound and you can turn the alarm off by a button or by clapping near it or yelling at it, which is great. In the non-display mode, you cannot tell that it is an alarm clock, it just looks like a random piece of premium finished block of wood, which is cool. There is no snooze function, but there are three individual alarms that you can set. This is a great value for money reliable alarm clock that I am very happy to recommend to people.
