The Yeti Pro is a side-address USB and XLR microphone. A side-address microphone accepts sound from an angle perpendicular to the mic—as opposed to a front-address microphone, which accepts sound from the “end” of the microphone.

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
