The Australian Blue Cattle Dog or Blue Heeler was bred for the rugged conditions of the Australian Outback in the 1800’s to be a herding dog to nip at the heels of cattle. He is an agile, tireless worker, but makes an ideal pet for a hiking, jogging, energetic family.
Gallagher measures approximately 42cm across the body to the nose, not including tail and about 24cm height.
