Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Just love this kettle!! I wanted one that only held up to one litre and was quiet. Most are as loud as jack hammers when you turn them on. This has ticked both my boxes, and like one other customer said its a work of art. Not to mention I saved $120 on the RRP! It pays to read reviews.

I bought this kettle just because it had a bit of style! Apart from appearances, I only expected it to boil water, which of course it does! It’s a quieter kettle than others we’ve had and that’s a bonus. It was more expensive than other kettles but I decided it was worth the expense.

Love this kettle. I was introduced to this work of art back when I used to work at HOUSE, in the early 2000s. I forgot I wanted it until I recently found myself kettle shopping again...so glad it popped up in my search....my purchase arrived quite quickly. I was very impressed with My Deal's efficiency.
